Singapore Delivery
- All orders are delivered via JNT tracked service. You will receive an email notification (to the email provided with your order) with your tracking number and expected delivery date and time.
- We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days after payment has been processed.
- For all orders shipping within Singapore is a flat rate of $4.90
Asia Delivery
- All orders are delivered using tracked service via Easyparcel.com.
- International customers must email their purchase orders, so we can get you a shipping quotation based on weight.
- When an order is placed, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. You will receive an email notification (to the email provided with your order) with your tracking number and expected delivery date and time.
- Please note that customs duties may be applied on international orders during the shipping process. Any applicable duties and taxes are payable by the customer.
What does ‘pre-order’ mean?
- Please note that not all sizes and styles will be available for immediate delivery. In cases your item is not in stock, they will need to be pre-ordered.
- That means that the item is currently out of stock and will be shipped once in stock. You are agreeing to purchase the item at this point and accept that the delivery will be at a later date.
- We aim to give regular updates with realistic delivery dates for our pre-order items. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing to these Pre-order Terms and Conditions. Our usual terms and conditions apply.
